documentation for a proposed telecommunications and data infrastructure.

International Manufacturing and Distribution Company
Due to major technology changes in client partner markets, firm was
engaged to assist officers in research, coordination and implementation
of sales strategy and on-line communications portal. Direct and VAR
sales strategy was supplemented with marketing materials to penetrate
identified vertical sales channels. On-line portal was established as
part of an extensive value-added service package made available to customers,
as well as implementation of a CRM system. Sales revenues in the first
year exceeded 60 percent growth over plan, in a market that usually
accepts three percent as standard.
