Organization began the process of designing an on-line market for facilitating cost-effective, real-time selling and purchasing of products. In addition to facilitating financial partner projects, firm was directly engaged to assist in the development of a vertical market business development strategy as well as participate in finding qualified leaders in those markets to facilitate the execution of the sales and marketing strategy. Series 'A' funding was also obtained through participation of firm for due diligence components and equity investments. Company has landed 15 major players after firm coordinated beta-testing program and expects to meet revenue projections by year two.

The firm was engaged to coordinate and manage the functional requirement documentation for a proposed telecommunications and data infrastructure. Firm was retained not only for telecommunications and data convergence expertise, but also for knowledge of mission-critical process management enhancements that contributed to the effective and rapid deployment of the major technology implementation.

International Manufacturing and Distribution Company

Due to major technology changes in client partner markets, firm was engaged to assist officers in research, coordination and implementation of sales strategy and on-line communications portal. Direct and VAR sales strategy was supplemented with marketing materials to penetrate identified vertical sales channels. On-line portal was established as part of an extensive value-added service package made available to customers, as well as implementation of a CRM system. Sales revenues in the first year exceeded 60 percent growth over plan, in a market that usually accepts three percent as standard.
